Last week we had less missed appointments than the week before. Unfortunately across the week we still had 56 missed appointments with clients not letting us know in advance.
We understand plans can change but if you have an appointment booked and are no longer able to attend please call to let us know. We have also just made a change to our online booking (HotDocs) and you can cancel your appointment online up to one hour beforehand. You can also book your appointments for the new year in HotDocs.
