Are you a client at Galambila? Have you had difficulty waiting for an available appointment? We would like your feedback on how to improve access to our service.
At the moment our Doctors waste a lot of time because clients do not turn up for their scheduled appointment and don’t let us know. Over the last year this has happened 1,782 times. That is 550 hours of time that was wasted.
We want to hear what you think about this, before our AGM, so we can see if you want us to change what we are doing about missed appointments. We know that things happen that impact on being able to attend appointments. If we know about it before the appointment is due, we can give the time to someone else. It is when we don’t know before that the GPs time is wasted.
Your opinions will be presented to members at the Annual General Meeting, being held on Tuesday, 28 November 2023.
