This is an exciting role that manages the frontline medical reception team.  The reception area is the hub for Galambila operations and the central point of contact for clients, community, visiting specialists, and other health providers.

The role entails ensuring clients receive quality customer service fostering a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for clients, visiting specialists, and staff.

You will leading a small team, providing support, training, and resolving day to day issues.  You will prioritise work priorities and monitoring work flows within the team.

You will provide support across other teams including Aboriginal Health Workers, Nurses, General Practitioners, and allied health for a seamless front and back office support.

This is an exciting role that operates across all areas of business supporting clients and staff to delivery quality primary health care that improves the health and wellbeing for our community.
