Clinical Consultant Pharmacist

As the Clinical Consultant Pharmacist you will practice and promote safe, efficient and effective pharmaceutical care focusing on client outcomes.

The Clinical Consultant Pharmacist role has the opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary team undertaking direct client support through the continuum of care, undertaking home medicine reviews, and discussing medication plans with treating practitioners.

The role also supports the delivery of specialist clinics providing comprehensive support to clients in managing chronic conditions using a multi-disciplinary client centric approach.

There is opportunity to provide health promotion and education sessions to local community members and clients.  You will also have the ability to engage directly with local pharmacies in supporting client needs and outcomes.
